State lawmakers are in the final month of the spring legislative session. Governor Rauner started it by revealing his 2016 budget, and made an appearance at City Hall this week to sell the Council on his plans. But they may not be too sold on his budget after the watchdog group the Civic Federation says it’s unrealistic. So while the Gov. was in Chicago, what were legislators getting done in Springfield?
