In movies and on TV, there’s always that dramatic moment when one character grabs another by the lapels and shouts: “Life isn’t a game!” But maybe it should be. That’s the big idea behind a new book called “Super Better: A Revolutionary Approach to Getting Stronger, Happier, Braver and More Resilient.” It was written by a videogame designer named Jane McGonigal.
