Musical duo uses voices, guitar and cello to create urban Americana
Two childhood friends from Boston. One dreamed of being a rocker, the other a lounge singer. One ended up picking up a guitar, and the other a cello. Organically, through their friendship and through helping each other on various projects, they started singing and playing together and realized that they had a real energy, and were able to get a real reaction from listeners. And so, Tall Heights was born. They’re in the middle of a two-night sold-out run at City Winery, and they stop by Morning Shift to lay down some sounds.
