National Infant Immunization Week kicks off Saturday

The recent outbreak of measles at universities is drawing attention to the need for vaccinations. The Centers for Disease Control encourages parents to immunize their children to minimize chances of contracting dangerous illnesses, but also to prevent a re-emergence of infectious diseases that were once deadly.
