Summer means street festival season-corn on the cob, cold beer and live bands. It also means street closures, trash on the sidewalks and no parking. Neighborhood Chambers of Commerce host and organize the fests, and some neighborhood groups are calling for more transparency on the finances behind this. Steve Jensen of the Bucktown Community Association is leading a coalition of five groups that want to know where suggested donations at the entrance go.
