According to a recent survey conducted by ChiefExecutive.net, over 500 CEOs placed a grade on the ease of doing business in each state. Illinois ranked in the bottom three. Doug Whitley, President & CEO of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, joins us with his thoughts on that ranking.
