New video game is art imitating life in Chicago

Back in 2003 the Chicago Police Department put 30 cameras on light poles in some of the city’s roughest areas. Ten years later, some call Chicagoans the most-watched people in the country. The gamer-centric Website Polygon reports on how the upcoming video game Watch Dogs is tapping into what surveillance in Chicago is like now, and what it could be soon.
