Northwestern University associate professor and former animator, Eric Patrick, wants to help clarify what he sees as public misunderstanding of some of the big issues in today’s national politics. Citizen Primer is a series of six short animated videos taking on the progressive tax code, Social Security, Medicare, the national deficit/debt, securities regulation and the Affordable Care Act. Here to explain the project is Eric Patrick.
