One journalist sheds light on how the media influenced Operation Iraqi Freedom
Many will argue today that the lead up to the Iraq War was plagued by sloppy and even biased journalism. There was a lack of follow up to Bush Administration talking points, and not much investigative journalism that would have uncovered serious flaws in the administration's arguments for starting a war that many say was one of the worst US foreign policy disasters in decades. We talk with journalist Kristina Borjesson about what went wrong, what the media has learned and how the failures 10 years ago can happen again.
