Anticipation was high for the latest Chicago Cultural Plan. Before it was unveiled last year, the city’s cultural blueprint was more than 25 years old. One year after its inception the new plan will follow guidelines recommended by Arts Alliance Illinois. What has the Plan accomplished thus far?
