Last month federal authorities announced the indictment of a Lincolnwood man, Seth Gillman, for alleged Medicare and Medicaid fraud. The case involves his company, Passages Hospice. Since the announcement, the company abruptly closed and now scores of its employees have been left in the lurch—they haven’t been paid for their last month of work, unused vacation and sick time, and are trying to get that back while looking for new jobs.
