More than 20 years after the fact, photographer Jeffrey Wolin revisited the place and the subjects of a major photography project he took on beginning in the late 1980s. The result is a new book and exhibition Pigeon Hill: Then and Now, where Wolin explores issues of poverty, addiction, and incarceration through the faces and stories of people living in public housing projects in Bloomington, Indiana. The exhibition is at Loyola University Museum of Art through October 21.
