Podcast dives deep into first years of motherhood

After Hillary Frank gave birth to her daughter in 2010, she couldn’t walk for two months because of a difficult labor. But it wasn’t just lack of mobility that hindered the new mom; she was also searching for an outlet to discuss the questions, problems, exhaustion, confusion and unchartered ground that comes with new motherhood. Since it didn’t exist, she created it. The podcast The Longest Shortest Time hears frank talk from new parents, and offers advice and resources. Frank joins us to explain how the podcast helped get her through those first difficult few years. Photo Courtesy of Facebook
