When we’re healthy, it’s out of mind. When we’re sick, we strategize with our doctor about how to get better. Few of us, including physicians, are equipped to talk about end of life issues. While the average person and the medical establishment slowly wakes up to the importance of this topic, the void is often filled by religion.
