Respiratory illness hitting kids in the Midwest

The suspected enterovirus 68 germ outbreak sent more than 70 kids to the hospital this past Labor Day weekend. The illness has both doctors and state health officials probing for answers of the possible cause of the outbreak that’s plagued the Midwest. We talk with the Illinois Department of Public Health Director, Dr. LaMar Hasbrouck about the virus and how parents can protect their children as fall is right around the corner.
