Yesterday, Chicago City Council passed 34-10 an ordinance that regulates the new and growing rideshare industry. But at the same time, separate regulations cooked up in Springfield appear poised to reach Governor Quinn’s desk. WBEZ’s Odette Yousef updates us on what’s going on.
