Second Amendment ‘Sanctuary’ Movement Grows In Illinois

Last year, Effingham County State’s Attorney Bryan Kibler helped spark a movement to preserve gun rights in Illinois.

What started in his county, three hours south of Chicago, has blossomed to include 64 of the 102 counties in the state. These counties are calling themselves sanctuaries for the Second Amendment.
