Second Teachers Strike Begins At Chicago Charter Schools

After months of failed contract negotiations, nearly 200 charter school teachers at four Chicago charter schools went on strike Tuesday morning.

More than 2,000 students will miss class as union leaders bargain with Chicago International Charter School officials. WBEZ’s Adriana Cardona-Maguidad joins the Morning Shift for more on the strike.
