With the recent news that Burger King plans to buy Canadian company Tim Hortons, Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin is continuing his rallying cry against tax inversions. That’s when U.S. companies shift their business out of the country to avoid higher corporate tax in the states. Sen. Durbin joins us to explain what Congress might do to stop these moves.
