Reading in bad light can hurt your eyes. You’ll catch a cold if you go to bed with wet hair. Shaving only causes the hairs to grow back thicker! These are just some of the hundreds of medical myths we assume are true. Where do they come from? Why do they persist when medical knowledge has come so far?
