Some wards may face run-off

Chicago’s municipal elections are right around the corner. And for anyone running for office, the magic number is “50% + 1”. If they get that, they win. If they don’t, they face an April runoff against their opponent with the next-highest vote total. Some of the aldermanic races are tight.
