Tuesday’s ballot included more than just candidates; there were five non-binding questions for voters. One included raising the state’s minimum wage to $10, a cause that Gov. Pat Quinn has rallied behind. Voters passed the referendum, but what’s its future when the legislature meets back up later this month? State Sen.
