“Listen to the students.” That’s what researchers are saying after a national study found that student surveys may be the best way to assess and encourage good teaching skills. Morning Shift talks to Harvard professors Ronald Ferguson and Thomas Kane, who worked on the national study. DePaul professor Bruno Teboul also joins to discuss his university’s 20 years of experience using student surveys.
