Being a small business owner can be both fruitful and rewarding, but if that business is located in the city of Chicago, it may not necessarily be the case. A new survey done by Thumbtack, in partnership with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, shows that Chicago received a D+ in overall friendliness to small businesses. So not only is the city not nice, but Chicago business owners feel pessimistic about the local economy.
