Talks of O’Hare expansion cause neighborhood noise

Northwest side neighborhood groups are organizing against the planned changes to O'Hare flight patterns. They will raise the noise level and cut property values. The latest phase of the airport modernization plan will take effect later this year, increasing traffic by 500 percent at night over these areas. Edgebrook Community Association President Jeff Manuel explains why he and his neighbors oppose the changes.
