Each year, five dieticians with Heartland Alliance Health provide more than 1500 nutrition education and counseling sessions to hundreds of people across Chicago, many of them in neighborhoods considered food deserts. The goal is to help people develop healthy diets and think of nutrition as a key pillar in their overall health. 

Morning Shift talks about some of the challenges that come with helping people change their eating habits and develop a healthy lifestyle, and also take calls from listeners.
