The London Souls pack a lot of sound in a small package

When The London Souls’ Tash Neal was involved in a terrible traffic accident, doctors were afraid he wouldn’t walk or talk normally again. In something akin to a miracle, he was playing shows a year after the major surgery that put him back together. Now, the band is touring in support of their new album Here Come The Girls. Picture the heavy rock of Zeppelin or Cream matched up with the pop sensibilities of Big Star or the Beatles. Throw in a dash of soul and a pinch of blues, and you’ve got The London Souls. They play Millennium Park Thursday night and stop by Morning Shift for a rockin’ preview.
