While the sparks and the insults fly back and forth between GOP candidates for governor, things have been quiet on the Democratic side. Pundits and pollsters alike believe that Gov. Quinn has the nomination sewn up. But his opponent, former head of CeaseFire Tio Hardiman, believes that’s because Quinn refuses to debate him and the media refuses to cover his campaign.
