In the U.S. there are about one million teens who are homeless, and 40 percent of them identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or questioning. The Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago has created a blueprint for how to help those young people find more stable housing. The online platform is called 3/40 Blueprint.
