WBEZ's Chicago And Illinois News Roundup: November 2, 2018

Target announced it will close two of its stores on Chicago's South Side, and community leaders, including U.S. Congressman Bobby Rush, have condemned the action as disinvestment in an underserved area.

Meanwhile, the Emanuel administration is responding to an investigation by the Better Government Association that showed Chicago's recycling program is among the worst in the nation among large cities. 

And an investigation by ProPublica Illinois and WBEZ into inequitable traffic ticketing in the Chicago has started to yield results as well.
