What about those 'other' Supreme Court cases?

As we get toward the end of the current Supreme Court term, we’re still waiting on two big decisions on same-sex marriage and on the Affordable Care Act. The court decides around 70 cases every year, but as is often the case, two or three high-profile cases overshadow some of the other very weighty, influential decisions by the court. Here to tell us about other cases the Supreme Court is expected to decide in the coming week is Brianne Gorod, appellate counsel at the Constitutional Accountability Center, a progressive think tank, law firm and action center focused on the Constitution and William Baude, an Assistant Professor of law at the University of Chicago.
