As we get toward the end of the current Supreme Court term, we’re still waiting on two big decisions on same-sex marriage and on the Affordable Care Act. The court decides around 70 cases every year, but as is often the case, two or three high-profile cases overshadow some of the other very weighty, influential decisions by the court.
