What You Need To Know About The Supreme Court Travel-Ban Decision


On Tuesday, The Supreme Court of the United States upheld the controversial travel ban, 5-4, a major win for the Trump White House. Within hours, #NoMuslimBanEver began trending on Twitter, high-ranking Democratic congressmen and women came out against the ruling, and advocates declared the “fight continues.”

Morning Shift talks to Steve Schwinn, constitutional law professor at John Marshall Law School, for what comes next for supporters and opponents of the travel ban. We also open up the phones to get listeners’ reactions to the ruling, and other big cases out of the Supreme Court this week.
