There’s been another big shake up on President Trump’s team. H.R. McMaster is out as National Security Adviser, and former UN Ambassador John Bolton is in. And, after threatening a veto this morning, President Trump signed the $1.3 trillion dollar spending bill Congress passed yesterday, funding the government through September.
