Chris Kennedy, scion of the famous American political family, is perhaps best known in Chicago as the former President of the iconic Merchandise Mart. He’s also the former chairman of the board at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. 

Currently, he’s managing Wolf Point, a massive construction project in the West Loop while also operating Top Box Foods, a hunger-relief group that brings affordable, healthy meals to people living in low-income neighborhoods. 

Now, like so many Kennedys before him, he’s trying to make the leap into politics with a run for Illinois Governor.
