But for those who don’t want to wait weeks or months to try the succulent entrees and desserts at Girl & the Goat, amateur cooks can now try their own hand at creating the restaurant’s popular dishes.
Iron Chef Stephanie Izard, owner and chef of Girl & the Goat restaurant, is sharing many of her recipes in her new cookbook Gather & Graze. Morning Shift talks to Izard about her new cookbook and how on earth she came up with goat cheesecake.
