What The Delayed Iowa Results Mean For Voters In Illinois And Beyond

The 2020 Democratic presidential nomination process got off to a bumpy start in Iowa on Monday. Officials ran into problems with a new app they used to report results, ending the night without a clear winner for the Democrats. Partial results weren’t released until Tuesday.
