Last week Anthony Holmes testified before Chicago’s City Council Finance Committee.

Holmes spoke in detail about being tortured by Former Police Commander Jon Burge in the 1970s. As part of our StoryCorps series, Holmes sat down with attorney Joey Mogul at the People’s Law Office in Chicago, to relive his experience with Burge.
