Analyzing Chicago's open government and open data efforts
We talked about transparency and Rahm's efforts to create an open government here in Chicago with Lauren Chooljian as part of our "Grading Rahm" series. He’s currently a Senior Fellow in Urban Science at the Harris School of Public Policy at University of Chicago, and he joins us.
