We talked about transparency and Rahm’s efforts to create an open government here in Chicago with Lauren Chooljian as part of our “Grading Rahm” series. One person who was behind that for years was Brett Goldstein. He spent a majority of Rahm Emanuel’s first term as the city’s first Chief Data Officer as well as the Chief Information Officer for the Department of Innovation and Technology. He’s currently a Senior Fellow in Urban Science at the Harris School of Public Policy at University of Chicago, and he joins us.
