In March the city approved a plan to sell vacant lots in Englewood for a dollar each. Now residents have until next Monday to submit applications to buy the lots, but you can only qualify if you’re already a homeowner and the lot is on your block.The organization, Teamwork Englewood built the web site that makes this process as simple in reality as the idea itself is.
