Norway is set to become the first country in the world to shut down its FM radio signal and replace it with a digital audio signal. Kind of like TV switch from analog to digital a few years ago here in the States. Mari Hagerup is the Communications Manager for Digitalradio Norge (Digital Radio Norway), the media outlet that first broke the news. She joins us on the line from Norway.
