And to help Steve and Rick with their summer sipper is Julia Momose, who began her Chicago career at The Aviary, the cutting-edge, molecular mixology bar in the West Loop. Momose then joined the opening team at Green River. Momose has garnered countless accolades for her use of exotic ingredients and unique menu presentations. She is also widely respected for her dedication to impeccable service, harkening back to the traditions of her native Japanese culture.
