Creator Elilta Tewelde and co-producers Kate Benzschawel and Mallory Sohmer talked about their project which documents a musical pilgrimage a group of bucket drummers take from Chicago’s South Side to Petit Mbao, Senegal. In addition, Richard talked to Audra Wilson of Vocalo’s Practically Speaking about her report on the question of whether black fraternities and sororities are still relevant in the community.
