Last night’s hailstorm caught many Chicagoans by surprise. There was very little advance warning, but that didn’t stop our Flickr group members from attempting to document the storm. My favorite shot is this first one from Erin Nekervis- it evokes the strangeness of ice falling from the sky in the summer.
