USA men’s swimming team member Matt Grevers just won the gold in 100 meter backstroke and broke the Olympic record for his event. But more importantly: the Lake Forest-born young man participated in the age-old custom known as “bro love”, where two male atheletes embrace, preferably semi-nude, and celebrate their win. (See: “This Thing Looks Like That Thing: Adorable Olympic Swimmers vs. Hand-Holding Otters” on Jezebel.)

Grevers graduated from Northwestern University in 2007. This is his six gold medal; he also has six silver and six bonze.
