On Columbus’ Day 1998, Writer Leslie Fuller and I created an audio play. Leslie wrote and directed the play and I (at the time - an Eight Forty-Eight producer) edited and starred. It also featured Torey Malatia, Ira Glass and members of the Schadenfreude ensemble. It’s essentially a film noir parody play which centers around the kidnapping of a famed statue in Little Italy.

It’s funny to hear my young, young voice in this. But it’s a wonderful ride and a great memory for me. Here it is, living online now. It’s called Columbus Day: Chicago Style:
