Dolinsky: The Park Hyatt's high rise heirloom tomato garden
A slight redesign on the Terrace has allowed David to plant a number of tomato plants, giving him quick access to the season's bounty. His current menu reflects a number of tasty options: bright gazpacho, chunky heirlooms with chive blossoms, even a crisp BLT salad that I could easily eat as a main course. The tomato menu will be in place at least through the month; David's tenure, however, lasts just 10 more days.
