Feeling a little cheeky this Sunday? Le Bar at the Hotel Sofitel has just launched “French Specialty Nights” every Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. Chef Martial Noguier has partnered with Le Bar’s mixology team to create the special nights with featured appetizers and beverages.

  • On Sundays, it’s Moules and Frites. For just $9.50, you’ll get a full portion of black mussels steamed using Stella Artois served with croûtons, French fries and aioli.
  • On Mondays, it’s Crepe + Cocktail. Again, for $9.50, you’ll score a Nueske smoked ham, Pleasant Ridge cheese and Mornay-stuffed crepe, served in a small cocotte and garnished with a micro salad. The crepe is paired with the Strawberry Crush cocktail that is created with muddled strawberries, Effen Black Cherry, Chambord and Sprite.
  • On Wednesdays, it’s Grilled Cheese + Tomato Cocktail Night. Same price; this time, a grilled Yellow Buck Camembert Cheese Sandwich contains melted honey truffle butter and roasted hazelnuts, served on homemade brioche and garnished with frisée and mache greens, plus some apple chips. It’s paired with the Tomato Up cocktail - a blend of tomato and lime juices mixed with Svedka Vodka, topped with pepper and garnished with a cherry tomato. You’ll never look at your kiddie comfort combo the same way again.

French Specialty Nights run from 3 p.m. until 1 a.m. through April 28th.
