Today two of the most interesting photos in our news gallery show people trying to carry on their everyday life in the aftermath of last month’s earthquake and tsunami. One shows a young person skateboarding through an effected area while wearing surgical mask. The other shows a New York sushi chef using a radiation detector before serving a selection of fish. Both images remind us how life goes on after tragedy, but with telling differences.
