When Corrie Besse of Redmoon Theater went to the police station to report the theft of her iPhone on the subway, she did more than warm a bench and consume paper: she helped the police find the suspect in the June murder of Sally Katoma King, a community activist shoved down a set of stairs on the Red Line platform by someone in the midst of another iPhone snatching.

The Tribune has her story on the front page (and how often does a theater person get attention on that sacred domain?). Redmoon, always as committed to community service and involvement as to theater, scores again. Brava!
