In keeping with this week’s mission theme, I thought I’d pass along this tidy bit of inspiration written by Bre Pettis and Kio Stark. For those of you not familiar with their work, Bre Pettis is (in his own website words) “passionate about invention, innovation, and all things DIY…and builds infrastructure for creativity.” Kio Stark says on her site:  “I write fiction. I talk to strangers. I write about the way humans relate to technology—and to each other, mediated by technology—and I teach at NYU’s graduate Interctive Telecommunications Program.”

Take a look at this short piece, which they created in 20 minutes.  I especially love the accompanying poster, their manifesto symbolized in rubix cube permutations.

The Done Manifesto

Thank you to Maria Popova’s Brain Pickings for leading me to this manifesto.

See you all back here Monday!    — amy
